Meet Wade

  A proud South Louisvillian, Wade is honored to represent the citizens of District 37 as State Representative. For the upcoming session, Wade will serve as Vice-Chairman of the Licensing & Occupations Committee and will also serve on the Tourism & Energy and Labor & Industry Committees.

Wade is committed to seeing South Jefferson County thrive and prosper.  He has long been a part of the

community where he has served as Vice President of South Louisville Community Ministries, was Vice Chairof Metro Councilman Dan Johnson’s Ad Hoc Arena Site Selection Committee, served on the Government Affairs Committee for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and was on the Board of Trustees for their political action committee. 

Wade considers the role of State Representative as one of even greater public service and he will strive to represent the citizens of his district the best he can. “It is an honor to work on behalf of the folks of the 37th district,” he said. “It is my goal to improve education, reform our tax system and bring economic recovery to our area. We must increase business opportunities in Kentucky and get our people back to work.”

Additionally, Wade is a member of Epiphany United Methodist Church on Southside Drive. He works as a Conceal Carry instructor and is a licensed real estate agent (escrowed). Wade is also the proud father of three sons ages 7, 5 & 3.
